Shippings & Returns
1. Orders are released for dispatch only upon receipt of cleared payment in full. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, or a manual EFT. Our Secure Gateway accepts most major Credit Cards.
2. The South African website automatically supports National Sales. All prices include Vat.
3. Note that if you are ordering outside South Africa, please email us first to confirm your available International Shipping options. We do sell to all International destinations from our Australian Offices. Visit: https://www.vitiligotreatment.com.au/store/
4. Vitiligo Treatment ships all ordered products using ‘Express Courier Shipping’. We do not use the SA Postal services. The price of the ‘Express Shipping’ is built into our product price in South Africa. This is an overnight courier, normally Aramex. Your product shall be shipped to your door, (Physical address is required), the following day. Please allow a second day due to cut off times in the dispatch process. You shall receive a tracking number as soon as the stock is dispatched.
5. We aim to dispatch purchases of stock products within two working days of receipt of payment in full. If there is a problem, we shall notify you immediately.
1. No claim of discrepancy of order or pricing will be recognised after 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be confirmed by phone or email.
2. Returns are at the purchaser’s expense, in new or salable condition with the packaging and seals intact.
3. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for any incorrectly ordered goods.
4. If an order is found to be incorrect as a direct result of error on the part of VitiligoTreatment, the goods will be resupplied and any extra freight costs shall be covered by us.
